Looking forward to the 2015 General Election

For my first blog entry, I’m just going to give an overview of what I will be using this blog to post about. I intend to stand in the 2015 UK general election, either as an independent or for my own party, which I may or may not start. This will probably be in the Braintree constituency, as that is where I live. I will be using this blog to outline my political ideas and opinions in the run-up to the election, to give an idea of what I stand for, and hopefully to convince people that I am worth voting for.

There are many areas that I want to address, and sometimes I’ll address an issue when it happens to be in the news for some reason at the time. However, I am obviously not going to limit myself to what happens to be in the public eye at any given moment, and I’m not always going to delay discussing a topic on the off chance that it will make the news at some point in the future.

I’m not going to commit myself to an exact frequency of blog posts, but I’m intending to post at least one a week on average. What’s more, I think this will be fun, and I hope you enjoy reading, and possibly commenting.

See you all next time!
